So my wife and I have a wonderful house but we have a side hobby of looking for the next potential abode. I finally stumbled on a real estate website that offers powerful search and also gives you the address without having to dig deep to find it.

The site isn’t perfect and could use a little help on usability but once you get comfortable with how it works you can drill down to exactly where you want to search for houses and see what is listed.

My favorite option is the map search which lets you zoom in or out to a specific area and then see the listings for the viewed area. You can then save that search and get an email when any new listings are added. Very nice.

This is a great example of mashing up two services into one that enables the user to get what they want in with much less effort. I can’t wait for the other sites to pick up on this.
