A survey from Lexis-Nexis shows that Americans still find traditional media (a.k.a. the big head) more trustworthy than emerging media.
“The Lexis-Nexis findings show that 52 percent of those surveyed anticipate they will continue to mostly trust and rely on tradtional news sources in the future, while only 13 percent said they will trust and rely mostly on emerging media.”
Something not mentioned in the article below is that nearly 25% said they would rely on Internet sites of print and broadbast media, while only 6% would chose user groups, blogs and chat rooms.
