Many years ago I made the switch to Diet Coke and un-sweet tea (sweetened with artificial help). It provided an immediate loss in my waistline and I haven’t looked back. Well now I keep reading about Diet drinks and how they might play a role in the problem.

So now I guess I am back to water and true un-sweet tea. I know it is good for me but without learning to appreciate coffee I have used diet drinks for their caffeine to get me going and keep me going on those days when you need a little extra.

Just like before I guess I will get used to it.
