About Me

I am a recent transplant to NYC after decades in the south.  My family is loving our new home, Brooklyn, and adjusting well to the new style of living.

I currently work as the CTO for Hoefler & Frere-Jones, a well known and respected type foundry based in NY.

I last worked for WebMD as the VP of Consumer Network Services where I  directed the Web Development, Publishing, Production, Business Operations and Video Technical Production teams.

Prior to WebMD I worked at  TBS, Inc. as the VP of Web Development for Digital Media Technologies.  Their family of sites includes: CNN.com, CNNMoney.com, SI.com, NASCAR.com, PGATour.com, PGA.com, NBA.com.

I am interested in technology, family, gadgets, college basketball, and how to make things better.
