A great night last night at Kevin Rathbun’s Steak to celebrate his (and his brother’s) Iron Chef America appearance. It was also a good cause as the event benefited the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
They took on Bobby Flay and beat him:
Chef Kevin Rathbun became the first Georgia Chef to defeat
an Iron Chef on Sunday nights Iron Chef America Series. Kevin and his brother, aka, “The Rathbun Brothers†commanded the show and created five different dishes with the “secret ingredient†of Elk.

It was a fun event and the food was great. We can’t wait to go back and give the restaurant a try in its normal setup.
